Questions
How are long videos counted?
1 credit covers up to 10 minutes. A 25-minute video uses 3 credits. Videos with captions are counted the same way.
Do credits expire?
No. They stay on your account until you use them.
What if a video fails?
You're never charged for a video that couldn't be transcribed. The credit goes straight back to your balance.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, add the right tax and send your invoice. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
